  • 1.1 Studio West Limited t/a This is Travel (“we/us/our”) recognises that your on-line privacy is important, and is committed to its protection. “Personal Data” means the information that we hold about you. This Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your Personal Data.
  • 1.2 By using the Website and by submitting your Personal Data to us, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  • 1.3 For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”), we are the data controller and we are listed in the Register of Data Controllers under the number Z1359552. The Register of Data Controllers can be accessed through the website www.ico.gov.uk. The Act gives you the right to access your Personal Data by making a request under its provisions. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with your Personal Data.

  • 5.1.2 any of our service providers or agents including (without limitation) those engaged by us to perform functions such as payment processing and customer support or mailings, providers of prizes in any promotions which we may from time to time organise, database administrators engaged by us from time to time and partner charities;
  • 5.1.3 other selected organisations to enable them to contact you or send you information by post, telephone or email regarding services, promotions or special offers which they may offer (if you have given your consent for us to do this when you submitted your Personal Data to us); and
  • 5.1.4 any person as is necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal proceeding or governmental request.
  • 5.2 Our disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with Clause 5.1 above may result in a need for us to send your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to a country whose laws may not provide adequate levels of protection of personal data.   • This Privacy Policy is governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law. Each Party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for all purposes relating to this Privacy Policy.
