Magaluf Holidays

Magaluf
Overview

If there’s one destination in Majorca that appeals to fun-loving groups and night owls, it’s Magaluf. This thriving southwest resort boasts some of Europe's best nightlife, making it a hot spot for lively groups looking to party. Wander down the neon-lit strip on Magaluf holidays and you'll find everything from buzzing bars serving fishbowl cocktails to bonfire beach parties and traditional English pubs - offering the perfect blend of laid-back days and lively nights.

If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, Magaluf holidays are for you. During the day, the sandy beaches boast exciting watersports activities and plenty of beach bars. If you fancy a change of pace from the upbeat strip during your Magaluf holidays, take a 20-minute taxi or bus to Majorca's gorgeous and cultural capital of Palma. Palma is a charming old town complete with a cathedral and a glamorous marina, which is definitely worth a wander if you like to sightsee during holidays in Magaluf.

If you're wondering what the best things to do in Magaluf are, exploring the party scene comes first (of course), closely followed by fun-loving days spent on the sand and active day trips to Palma Nova, for its bustling bars, or Puerto Portals for an upmarket night by the marina. This beach town is well connected to the most popular corners of the Majorca island and Palma’s city airport is the nearest airport, with a taxi ride from Palma to Magaluf taking only 20 minutes.

Party On

If you're planning on partying hard, Magaluf boasts an extensive range of lively bars and clubs. Let your hair down in the neon-lit Punta Ballena strip, bustling with karaoke bars, pubs and clubs including international DJ hub BCM, Carwash, Banana Disco and more. If you enjoy partying into the early hours it might be worth buying an all-in-one Magaluf Club Pass for VIP access to the top clubs. If you fancy something different, book seats at Pirates Reloaded and be dazzled by acrobatics, daring dance routines and back-flipping fire eaters as you sip on Sangria from the bar. Dinner is also included, so you can enjoy some grub while seeing what these energetic buccaneers can do!

Shopping in Palma

Shopping in Palma

If shopping is on your agenda, Palma is a must for your holiday. For those that have a healthy budget, Avinguda Jaume III and the Passeig des Born are home to some brilliant upmarket boutiques, while the pedestrian street of Placa Major has plenty of specialist shops. The city's main shopping mall and hypermarket complex, Centro Comercial Porto Pi, is just 2km from the centre and houses international brands including Calvin Klein, Mango and Zara Home, but if you fancy going further afield, Festival Park is a large shopping mall just north of Palma and is accessible by train or metro.
