Getting Around
It takes about 45 minutes to get from Alicante airport to Benidorm. Bus, taxi and car hire is available from the airport. Once in the resort, most hotels are within easy strolling distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. Taxis are readily available and buses go to all the main areas of interest. The sightseeing train tour is a fun way to get your bearings when you first arrive in the resort.
Laze on Blue Flag Beaches
Benidorm is home to 6km of stunning white sands met by calm clear waters. Yes, the beach gets busy, but the coast’s Blue Flag status means that these bustling beaches are spotlessly clean no matter how packed they get. Grab a sunlounger and catch some rays or have a go at the watersports activities available.
Benidorm By Night
Benidorm is famous for its show bars and cabarets. Show bars such as Champions open in the afternoon and have a laidback atmosphere, while cabarets like the one at Benidorm Palace are table-seated and start in the evening. Discos, karaoke bars, British and Irish pubs and even Country and Western bars are open for business too.
Make A Splash
A day at the fantastic Aqualandia water park is a must during your Benidorm holiday. Thrill seekers should also make a beeline for the Terra Mitica theme park. For a fun family day out, the Terra Natura animal park is a great way to see wild animals with no visible barriers and at Mundomar you can meet dolphins and sea lions.

Benidorm’s not all skyscrapers and fry ups! Don’t miss the chance to go for a sunset stroll in the old town where the lovely white blue-domed church perches above the pretty cobbled streets.
